This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement business development strategies targeting OEM and power generation sectors throughout North America
• Utilize your industry connections and network to discover and secure new business opportunities
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders across the power generation ecosystem
• Enhance ATC’s visibility within power generation, distributed energy, critical infrastructure, and related industrial sectors
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams to pinpoint opportunities and drive business expansion
• Recognize emerging market trends, customer demands, and industry advancements to support long-term growth strategies
• Work closely with ATC’s engineering and operations teams to create customized customer solutions
• Represent ATC at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events
• Oversee business development activities, pipeline management, and forecasting through CRM tools and reporting systems
• Attain revenue growth targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
• Demonstrated success in business development or sales within the power generation sector
• A well-established network of connections within the power generation and distributed energy landscape
• Strong comprehension of the power generation market, critical power infrastructure, and emerging energy technologies
• In-depth knowledge of the power generation value chain, including OEMs, manufacturers, channel partners, engineering firms, and end-users
• Proven capability to cultivate business through strategic relationship-building and consultative selling
• Track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities with industrial and commercial clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven professional adept at working independently in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
