This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to foster the growth of the Facility Services sector throughout Europe.

• Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities with key customers in targeted industries.

• Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders, including leaders in Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS.

• Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and align with business goals.

• Lead the complete sales process, from opportunity identification to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.

• Coordinate proposal efforts with engineering, estimating, operations, and commercial teams.

• Assist in account development strategies and forge long-term partnerships with customers.

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to keep sales materials, presentations, and market messaging up-to-date and effective.

• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and work with other business units to enhance customer relationships.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within targeted sectors.

• Achieve pipeline, revenue, and contract award goals while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a comparable commercial role.

• A proven history of securing and expanding strategic customer accounts within technical, industrial, engineering, or facility services settings.

• Experience in selling technical services, facility management solutions, maintenance services, engineering support, or similar offerings is highly preferred.

• Deep understanding of European industrial markets and business landscapes.

• Ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• A strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to generate new business and finalize complex commercial agreements.

• Strong commercial insight and a customer-oriented approach.

• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting growth targets.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.

• Technical proficiency and the capacity to understand intricate customer needs.

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adept at working in a remote, international setting.
