This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a targeted account strategy focused on specific eClinical platforms, sponsors, and CROs.
• Manage the entire sales process for acquiring new clients, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Utilize existing industry connections and forge new strategic partnerships to enhance pipeline growth and broaden Studion's market reach.
• Establish and nurture relationships throughout the clinical trial technology landscape, including sponsors, CROs, and eClinical platform providers.
• Represent Studion at industry events, customer engagements, and networking opportunities to boost brand recognition and create new business prospects (approximately 25% travel).
• Articulate and refine Studion's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding, successful transition from sales to service, and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Work alongside executive leadership to shape commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan that ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities within the life sciences sector.
• Over 3 years of enterprise sales or business development experience in the life sciences technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing annual revenue targets through the sale of complex professional services, managed services, SaaS, or technology consulting projects valued at $500k or more, including structuring and closing multi-year recurring contracts, rather than project-based SOWs.
• Established connections within the eClinical Life Sciences industry, with the capability to leverage current relationships to create new business opportunities.
• Proficient consultative sales skills based on outcomes, business impact, and strategic alignment.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, compliance (CSV), and clinical technologies such as ECOA, EPRO, and EDC platforms.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to influence executive decision-makers, lead strategic business reviews, and foster alignment among client and internal stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
