This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the acquisition of new business among enterprise clients, platforms, and channel partners.
• Formulate and implement a UK go-to-market strategy that emphasizes integrated payments, API adoption, and mass payment applications.
• Create a consistently expanding pipeline through data-driven targeting, outbound prospecting, and strategic networking.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to effectively position Convera’s integrated solutions.
• Identify and connect with prospects across payroll platforms, HRIS providers, workforce management systems, marketplaces, and enterprise clients with cross-border payment requirements.
• Establish referral networks and partnerships with ecosystem participants, advisors, and technology partners.
• Present engaging demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, clearly articulating the benefits of Convera’s API and platform capabilities.
• Develop long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, product, and technology leaders.
• Function as a trusted advisor, comprehending client roadmaps and aligning Convera’s solutions with their integration and payment requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring agreements that are mutually beneficial and scalable.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to create compliant, commercially viable contracts.
• Monitor performance to ensure clients fulfill their contractual and operational obligations.
• Partner with presales, product, bid, customer assurance, and customer care teams to provide seamless client experiences.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management utilizing Salesforce.
• Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proven experience in selling API-led, platform, or technical solutions to enterprise or channel environments.
• A strong network within payroll, HR tech, workforce management, marketplaces, or enterprise payment buyers is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex purchasing processes.
• A background in financial institutions or consulting is a plus.
