• Cultivate and enhance partnerships with online casino operators and aggregators
• Propel GGR growth and commercial success throughout the partner network
• Oversee the complete business development process from initial outreach to finalized agreements and launch
• Guarantee effective partner onboarding, game integration, launch quality, and game visibility
• Advocate for and expand new products across both existing and new markets
• Establish and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key industry players
• Collaborate across departments with product, integration, certification, and account management teams
• Over 3 years of experience in the iGaming sector
• More than 2 years of experience specifically within a B2B game provider or content provider setting
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire provider integration lifecycle: commercial negotiations, certification, integration, launch processes, and game positioning
• Demonstrated success in signing and scaling operator partnerships
• Exceptional negotiation, sales, and relationship management abilities
• Capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership and minimal supervision
• Experience in communicating effectively with both operational teams and C-level stakeholders
• A robust network within the iGaming industry is a considerable advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 iGaming markets along with regional specifics
• Proficient in English at a C1+ level
• Professional working proficiency in Russian
