📋 Description

• We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented **Senior Business Development Manager** to enhance our Client Engagement efforts.

• In this position, you will manage crucial client relationships and collaborate with executive stakeholders to optimize account retention, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

• Act as the primary strategic partner and escalation contact for key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and personalized support.

• Lead and coordinate client meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups.

• Analyze and interpret complex client performance data, feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment by working closely with internal leadership (Implementation, Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to enhance operations and address critical client challenges.

• Maintain robust client relationships through regular communication.

• Track key metrics (usage, satisfaction, engagement) to pinpoint risks and opportunities.

• Assist in renewal processes by providing relevant data and documentation.

• Collaborate with marketing to identify clients suitable for testimonials or case studies.

• Support onboarding and implementation teams to guarantee seamless client transitions.

• Aid in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collect and disseminate client feedback to enhance products and services.

• Contribute to internal documentation and reporting for ongoing improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field (an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous).

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development, ideally in a solutions-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Must be located in the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Experience in project management is a plus.

• Ability to build networks and foster relationships across various markets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguity and managing high-pressure situations.

• Strong sense of accountability and reliability, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
