• Assist in managing a portfolio of airline accounts, aiding in the development of growth strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor partner performance, analyze outcomes, and help pinpoint risks and opportunities for growth.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of partner business objectives and support the creation of initiatives that align with their strategies.
• Discover opportunities to enhance commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address these areas.
• Help organize and engage in quarterly business reviews with airline partners.
• Collaborate with finance teams to facilitate forecasting and revenue tracking for airline partnerships.
• Aid in the development and execution of marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners to support growth objectives.
• Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with senior team members.
• Serve as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to guarantee seamless operational execution and a positive traveler experience.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the global travel market, emphasizing airline industry dynamics.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record of supporting revenue growth.
• Previous experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with a preference for exposure to or experience in the LATAM market.
• Knowledge of the commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics of the LATAM travel ecosystem.
• A positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Capability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for travel, technology, and digital commerce.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
