• Assist in managing a portfolio of airline accounts, aiding in growth strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor partner performance, analyze outcomes, and help pinpoint risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop a robust understanding of partners' business objectives and support the creation of initiatives that align with their strategy.
• Discover opportunities to enhance commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address these areas.
• Help organize and engage in quarterly business reviews with airline partners.
• Collaborate with finance teams to assist in forecasting and tracking revenue for airline partnerships.
• Aid in the development and execution of marketing initiatives and insertion orders (I/Os) with airline partners to support growth objectives.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in partnership with senior team members.
• Serve as a liaison between airline partners and internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution and an exceptional traveler experience.
• Cultivate a working knowledge of the global travel market, focusing on the dynamics of the airline industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management with a proven history of supporting revenue growth.
• Previous experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline), with a preference for exposure to or experience in the LATAM market.
• Understanding of the commercial, cultural, and regulatory dynamics within the LATAM travel ecosystem.
• A positive, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to prepare and present clear, data-driven presentations.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• A detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for travel, technology, and digital commerce.
• Foundational skills in value selling and commercial acumen.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
