Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of new business by identifying, qualifying, and securing enterprise opportunities.

• Establish and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and the cultivation of strategic relationships with channel partners.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and finalization.

• Enhance existing client relationships through the delivery of strategic value and cross-selling initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to define, price, and develop solutions for complex engagements.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain pipeline visibility to achieve and surpass annual sales objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Manufacturing, Energy, Power, and/or Automotive sectors.

• Proven sales experience with enterprise-level clients.

• Inquisitive nature and comfort working on an operations floor.

• Commercially minded with a focus on client growth.

• Ability to collaborate and lead across matrixed teams.
