This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Advocate for Ajax Systems products and services to specifiers including systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end-users (referred to as business partners).
• Pursue new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with business partners.
• Design and prepare presentations for business partners and other interested stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with alliance partners and alarm-receiving centers.
• Convey product features, advantages, and updates to business partners.
• Provide product and commercial education and training in collaboration with business partners.
• Proactively promote the specification of systems that incorporate Ajax Systems products and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with branded product distribution partners to meet the needs of business partners.
• Support the creation of market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
• Aid in the development of vertical market strategies for Ajax Systems products and solutions.
• Actively participate in marketing events and represent Ajax Systems at exhibitions related to its products and solutions.
• Contribute to the overall expansion of the Ajax Systems brand in the market.
• Provide management with insights based on the needs of current and future Ajax Systems products and solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in intrusion, alarm products, CCTV, security products, or access control systems.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectors.
• Technical proficiency with security products.
• Excellent sales and technical presentation abilities.
• Attributes of initiative, honesty, and integrity.
• Data-driven sales methodology: proficient in CRM and analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
