Senior Business Development Manager, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and provide support throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals for enterprise retail and omni-channel clients.

• Develop a territory strategy targeting large retailers and quick service restaurants (QSRs) with intricate and/or multi-channel payment requirements.

• Keep an active and measurable pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting.

• Perform in-depth discovery to comprehend the retailer's store operations, checkout procedures, fraud issues, and omnichannel strategy.

• Convert requirements into persuasive commercial proposals for eCommerce, in-store, and integrated payment solutions.

• Manage and facilitate commercial negotiations, including pricing, implementation frameworks, and multi-year contracts.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, legal, product, and finance teams to create deals that align with revenue, cost, and margin objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, including a minimum of 6 years in the payments sector (merchant acquiring, gateways, fintech, or enterprise payment solutions).

• Strong comprehension of payment acquiring and complex payment ecosystems.

• Proven success in selling to enterprise retail organizations.

• Capability to simplify technical concepts for senior stakeholders who may not have a technical background.

• Established history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presentation abilities.

• Practical experience collaborating with product, engineering, and implementation teams to finalize enterprise agreements.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for industry events or face-to-face prospect meetings.
