This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers
• Identify and secure new clients within the designated sales territory
• Oversee and finalize projects with assistance from internal experts
• Prepare pricing proposals and follow up on them
• Conduct analyses on customer losses and formulate win-back strategies
• Draft and oversee contracts; implement action plans if deviations occur
• Plan and manage the regional sales budget
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Generate reports utilizing cubes and CRM systems
• Provide assistance at trade fairs and events
• Bachelor's degree in food technology or completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g., bakery, dairy) along with a supplementary business qualification
• Ideally, some experience in selling technically complex products within a B2B (Food) setting
• Strong sales orientation, team collaboration, and a proactive approach
• Ability to persuade and motivate clients through effective consulting
• Self-sufficient, organized, and dependable work style
• Business-fluent English
• Proficient in MS Office and a willingness to learn and utilize new tools (e.g., CRM/ERP systems) in everyday tasks
• Must reside in Austria
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region (target: 60% travel)
• Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles
• Actual annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €80,000 gross (full-time), based on your qualifications and experience
