This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume full responsibility for creating project plans for educational products in accordance with internal protocols, while considering the unique traits of the target audience.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, proactively recognize and predict possible risks, and deliver data-driven status updates.
• Collaborate on projects with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Learning Hub, Product, and Sales).
• Define and formalize partnership agreements; align on deliverables, reporting, and metrics for success.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and relevant public entities; take comprehensive ownership of these partnerships.
• Ensure programs are compliant and ready for audits.
• Track regulatory requirements and funding guidelines, converting them into clear, actionable steps for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Propel and enhance projects based on results and partner feedback; take charge of modifying the scope as necessary.
• Maintain timelines for projects and processes, facilitate the identification and forecasting of potential risks, and report progress using data.
• Recognize inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to ensure quality and compliance.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or operational project management.
• Background in education, hospitality, or skilled trades, OR experience with government funding programs, OR relevant comparable experience.
• Strong and empathetic communication abilities.
• Proficiency in German at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory or quality standards, alongside disciplined documentation and experience ensuring compliance during project implementation.
• Practical experience with CRM tools, with knowledge of Hubspot being an advantage.
• Experience working collaboratively with government authorities, funding organizations, or accreditation agencies.
• Experience in launching pilot programs and scaling processes in a startup or scale-up environment.
