IT Business Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology-driven applications, products, and services.

• Contribute to the design, redesign, and development of technology products and applications.

• Oversee and manage the design and execution of new software development and enhancement initiatives.

• Assist users in identifying and resolving software issues through comprehensive root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with the business to define long-term strategic business and system objectives.

• Handle daily production support fixes.

• Work alongside team members and subject matter experts to generate requirements and design documents.

• Document all specifications and requirements for implementation, and develop Business Process Procedures (BPPs).

• Provide support for functional testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, or Business.

• At least 5 years of experience in application development or technology management, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Expert proficiency in MS-SQL/SSIS-SSRS.

• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

• Beginning level expertise in C#/.Net/ASP.

• Beginning level experience with Web Services/API.

• Intermediate knowledge of Manhattan SCALE / SCI.

• Intermediate experience with integration software using ANSI X12, XML, and Database Tables.
