This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.

• Discover and engage new business prospects within the utilities and energy sectors.

• Develop and oversee a high-value sales pipeline with precise forecasting.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with:

• – Utility companies

• – OEMs

• – Engineering consultants

• – Energy stakeholders

• Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with the business and technical requirements of clients.

• Create strategic account plans throughout the Americas.

• Identify market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging business opportunities.

• Enhance presence within critical accounts and regions.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions.

• Lead technical presentations and discussions with clients.

• Align product offerings with initiatives in grid modernization and digital transformation.

• Oversee contract negotiations and finalize complex agreements.

• Structure agreements that foster long-term partnerships.

• Achieve annual order booking targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).

• 10–15+ years of experience in business development or sales.

• Demonstrated success in the power, utilities, or industrial automation industries.

• Strong knowledge of:

• – Grid automation

• – Power systems

• – Energy infrastructure technologies

• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and fostering growth.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
