
Senior Business Development Manager β Cosmetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of acquiring new clients for intricate and specialized clinical studies in the cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene sectors, with a clear focus on driving client revenue growth.
β’ Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with senior-level personnel in R&D, clinical, regulatory, and innovation at targeted accounts.
β’ Spearhead consultative, insight-driven sales cycles for tailored clinical programs, working closely with scientific and operational stakeholders to define study design, scope, and value proposition.
β’ Discover and convert new opportunities by aligning sponsor innovation pipelines and development roadmaps with SGS clinical capabilities.
β’ Oversee opportunity qualification, proposal strategy, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations, including master service agreements and intricate study contracts.
β’ Deliver structured market intelligence to leadership regarding emerging clinical trends, claim substantiation requirements, and evolving study methodologies to guide future service development.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
β’ Over 7 years of business development or sales experience with a proven history of securing new business.
β’ Demonstrated success in selling highly specialized, technical, or customized products or services through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
β’ Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers and navigating complex, solution-based sales cycles.
