This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proven experience collaborating with large, intricate external partners—ideally within accounting, consulting, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
• Exceptional skills in navigating and influencing a matrixed environment, uniting diverse internal stakeholders towards a shared objective.
• Compile and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the systems and capabilities of key competitors in the HCM market, formulating a competitive analysis against our offerings.
• Develop compelling new business proposals and comprehend prospective partner system requirements to devise strategies that leverage technology as a core competitive advantage in potential partnership opportunities.
• Oversee partner engagement from initial discovery through due diligence, solution design, commercial structuring, contracting, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the development team for product updates, integrations, and enhancements.
• Maintain a transparent and well-governed partner pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and supporting responsible, sustainable new growth plans or revenue increases.
• A proven history of converting partnership frameworks into measurable business impact.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication abilities, with the capacity to engage senior-level stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively, making strategic decisions with minimal guidance.
• Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges within partner relationships, providing solutions that align with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of regulatory, competitive, and technological changes shaping sponsor banking, embedded finance, and digital banking to ensure programs remain compliant, competitive, and forward-thinking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related discipline. An MBA is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, or strategic partnerships within financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong comprehension of the banking ecosystem, 401(k), API-driven financial products, partnerships, and digital banking infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise deals and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
