Senior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process: prospecting, outreach, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

• Establish and nurture a strong pipeline through proactive market analysis, inbound lead management, and networking at conferences and industry events.

• Create customized commercial proposals and presentations that align with each prospect's business model and regional needs.

• Serve as the company's regional brand ambassador, representing us at significant African iGaming and gaming industry events.

• Keep precise and current records in the CRM system, including pipeline status, contacts, deal stages, and activities.

• Assist in developing the Africa go-to-market strategy, pricing methodologies, and partnership frameworks.

• Work collaboratively across functions with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to structure deals and facilitate smooth client onboarding.

• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all commercial documents, contracts, and materials presented to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in the iGaming sector in a senior B2B sales or business development capacity (platform or aggregation sales experience is essential).

• Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem.

• Demonstrated capability to independently build and manage a revenue pipeline; excellent lead generation skills.

• Experience overseeing complete sales processes in international markets.

• Willingness and capacity to travel throughout Europe and Africa as required by business demands.

• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
