This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• You will be accountable for achieving a $2.5M revenue goal from incoming leads, while also pursuing additional revenue through follow-ups with these leads. Internally, you will collaborate with teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Your role will involve not just managing incoming leads but also building your own pipeline through strategic outbound initiatives. This includes pinpointing and targeting new business opportunities, utilizing tools and data, and developing tailored strategies for prospective clients.
• You will showcase your expertise in both inbound and outbound strategies, ensuring a solid sales pipeline that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• You will take ownership of the entire process, from lead qualification and needs assessment to strategy consultation and the client kick-off meeting. Just as potential client partners evaluate Seer, you will do the same, ensuring that each new partner aligns with our values. Your goal will be to attract clients who will view our team as an extension of their own, addressing strategic issues linked to revenue generation.
• You will work collaboratively to create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to potential clients, including their C-level executive teams.
• By demonstrating a comprehensive marketing strategy, you will consult with prospective clients to show how these efforts align with their long-term business strategies and objectives. This may sometimes require traveling to the prospect’s location to further develop the relationship.
• You may conduct initial competitive analyses in SEO, PPC, and Analytics for incoming leads, working with our divisional teams to research and identify possible opportunities and threats.
• You will prepare and present site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts, seeking guidance from our legal team when necessary.
• You will become a thought leader in the field, contributing content to the Seer blog, speaking at conferences, and attending networking events to promote our work and identify new business opportunities for Seer.
• You will deliver a premium experience for all clients, ensuring a seamless transition between Business Strategy and account teams when a project is initiated.
• You will utilize sales methodologies, particularly MEDDIC, to qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, uncover pain points, and successfully close deals.
• You will represent Seer at conferences, client visits, and other events, with a travel requirement of 20-25%.
• You have significant experience in the digital marketing sector, with at least 3+ years in Digital Marketing or Digital Business Development. You have a demonstrated history of exceeding goals in a high-growth environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are results-oriented and proactive. You are frustrated by bottlenecks and delays, and you have a reputation for rolling up your sleeves to complete tasks independently to meet deadlines.
• You possess the ability to discern the core challenges a client faces and recommend appropriate solutions to effectively address their needs.
• You excel at preparing everyone for impactful presentations and/or solutions. Your talent for connecting with others, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders is commendable.
• You are comfortable interacting with C-level executives and have experience pitching to decision-makers at Enterprise-level organizations.
• You are equipped with a variety of business development tools, such as SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, and BuiltWith. You thrive on using technology to enhance efficiency and uncover insights.
• You are articulate and diplomatic; while not every prospective client may be an ideal fit for Seer, you provide insights and alternative solutions in a manner that is genuinely helpful.
• You are driven to succeed and open to exploring new methods; you have actively engaged with AI to discover ways it can enhance both your professional and personal life.
• You set clear expectations and communicate effectively, both within Seer and with clients. There are minimal surprises, and you have consistently met deadlines.
• You have demonstrated experience in building and managing your own sales pipeline, including initiating outbound efforts to engage potential clients and creating opportunities where none previously existed.
• You are skilled in outbound prospecting techniques, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and using digital tools to connect with target clients.
• You are proficient in employing sales methodologies, especially MEDDIC, to evaluate potential clients, guide sales discussions, and drive effective decision-making.
• Your strong understanding of MEDDIC allows you to qualify opportunities effectively, forecast sales accurately, and maintain a focus on high-value prospects.
• Total compensation for this position ranges from $93,000 to $125,000 per year.
• Your final offered compensation will be based on your skills and experience.
• Performance-based bonuses are available.
