This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging mid-market companies.
• Take ownership of the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers while understanding their business challenges.
• Present RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as effective solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with our delivery and leadership teams to craft customized client solutions.
• Enhance existing client relationships by identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Consistently meet and surpass individual sales targets.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Proven experience in selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions.
• Background in selling to mid-market clients.
• Prior experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in business development.
• Strong skills in prospecting and outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and determined to exceed goals.
• Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Additional compensation, including bonuses, commissions, and/or benefits, as applicable.
