This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate leads through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline. Cultivate relationships, establish yourself as a knowledgeable business expert, and ultimately attract new members.
• Engage in calls with self-employed entrepreneurs across various sectors, gaining an understanding of their business needs, clearly communicating Collective’s unique value proposition, and booking meetings that contribute to revenue growth.
• Solve problems by offering constructive feedback and suggestions that enhance our products, services, and competitive positioning in the market.
• Ensure that all potential Members receive exemplary service with a response time of less than 24 hours, while also devising strategies to pleasantly surprise them throughout the outreach process.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on go-to-market strategies and vertical approaches, while providing insights from your daily interactions with prospective members.
• Carry out additional essential responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a successful sales pipeline focused on delivering an exceptional experience and generating revenue-driving leads.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to hustle and adapt quickly – you thrive on challenges and are eager to learn and advance!
• Outstanding customer service, presence in meetings/phone calls, writing, and time management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning sales pipeline management, along with a genuine passion for working in a sales organization within a tech environment.
• Experience managing a pipeline through multiple touchpoints, utilizing A/B testing and similar methods (experience with Salesforce and HVS is highly preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
• Self-driven, coachable, inquisitive, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
• Professional, efficient communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and strong interpersonal abilities (friendly and approachable).
