This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Build, manage, and energize a network of distributors across various markets.
• Assist partners in executing local commercial strategies and track performance.
• Ensure that every partnership remains in line with group goals and brand standards.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial conversation to negotiation and signed contract.
• Unlock sustainable commercial opportunities in both new and existing markets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to align initiatives.
• Manage logistics, customs, and contractual elements of export operations.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Minimum of 2-3+ years of sales experience driving results in national or export markets.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and performance-driven focus.
• Global perspective with a natural curiosity about international markets and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills to build trust across teams, cultures, and geographical locations.
• Comfortable with Microsoft suite for reporting and collaboration purposes.
