This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create a comprehensive pipeline of sales opportunities, oversee its development, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
• Formulate new sales strategies and pinpoint high-value prospects, concentrating on selling Nuvei’s products to E-commerce, digital goods, and retail merchants.
• Deliver presentations of large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to potential clients at the C-level.
• Negotiate contracts within a complex selling environment involving diverse stakeholders such as business, legal, procurement, and finance.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new sales partnership programs with merchants.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the prospects' business, global payments landscape, strategic growth initiatives, and competitive environment.
• Possess an international perspective with the capability to coordinate projects across countries and seize new opportunities resulting from partner collaborations and industry regulatory changes.
• Maintain strong pipeline management through Salesforce to ensure accurate performance forecasts and deliver consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within global enterprises, with specialized knowledge in the payments industry and a relevant network in the DACH region.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex C-level agreements, encompassing all technical, compliance, legal, and commercial facets.
• Proven track record of accomplishments within the targeted area of expertise.
• Ability to establish and nurture internal and external relationships to acquire and share insights, such as industry trends.
• A creative problem solver who can manage high-pressure situations while balancing multiple challenges.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a willingness to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Highly motivated team player.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• A monthly health allowance of 100 EUR; alternatively, if enrolled in private health insurance, the employer will cover up to 50% of the cost, capped at EUR 497.32 (gross) per month.
• A monthly allowance of 50 EUR for setting up your work-from-home environment, including expenses for Wi-Fi and office supplies.
