This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Identify and engage with high-growth prospects across essential sectors such as CPG, Retail, eCommerce, Tech/Electronics, Industrial, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Automotive.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to consistently achieve revenue, volume, and market penetration objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure complete alignment on high-value targets.
• Leverage your existing industry connections and personal network to access new markets and engage with C-suite decision-makers.
• Take the lead in high-stakes contract negotiations to secure profitable, sustainable, and mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders well in advance of formal RFPs and tender requests.
• Work collaboratively with our Solutions Design team to develop innovative, client-focused supply chain and logistics models.
• Manage the entire RFP/tender process, ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders including Operations, IT, Legal, HR, Risk, and Project Management.
• Offer essential feedback on operational feasibility, costing, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution post-sale.
• Keep track of competitor activities, macroeconomic trends, and emerging opportunities in contract logistics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline (equivalent practical experience is also considered).
• Over 7 years of demonstrated success in business development specifically in the contract logistics, 3PL, and warehousing sectors.
• Expertise in complex, long-cycle B2B conceptual selling and high-level contract negotiation.
• A self-driven 'hunter' who excels in an individual contributor capacity and possesses the analytical abilities necessary to address complex client challenges.
• Direct experience in operational or industrial design within a Contract Logistics environment is highly regarded.
