This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve revenue objectives through proactive sales leadership within designated territories, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
• Oversee all sales activities for the specified product suite and applications within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and implement territory sales strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding assigned products, applications, and processes.
• Recognize significant opportunities and direct revenue-growth strategies.
• Develop and position customer solutions that yield profitable results.
• Progress and convert sales opportunities through effective closure and deal completion.
• Utilize expertise in quality-of-care reporting, benchmarking, data analytics, and business intelligence to enhance care outcomes.
• Serve as a mentor by teaching and enhancing team members’ prospecting and sales capabilities.
• Engage in weekly sales meetings to report on pipeline, activity, sales cycle, market share, penetration, wins, and losses metrics.
• Keep track of market conditions, regulatory changes, competitive actions, and lessons learned from wins and losses.
• Identify regional influencers and participate in trade shows, association memberships, training, and speaking events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, mission, confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations.
• Travel frequently to client locations and/or conferences nationwide.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in healthcare technology products or services.
• Experience in shaping complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including financial-model assessment, solution design, and long-term customer value.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate customer business drivers while linking solutions to operational, clinical, and financial outcomes.
• Capability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence internal stakeholders regarding deal strategies, resources, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across an enterprise portfolio.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesLoft or Salesforce.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple tasks both independently and collaboratively.
• Proven record of achieving or surpassing annual revenue targets.
• Ability to engage in strategic, value-driven discussions with C-suite executives.
• Experience with sales force automation and contact management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Clinical qualifications such as RN or BSN are preferred, along with relevant experience.
• Experience in EHR sales, implementation, or integration is preferred.
• Preference for candidates with SaaS or subscription-based software sales experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; this position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to perform sedentary tasks, lift/exert up to 10 pounds occasionally, and engage in repetitive motions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
