This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Formulate and implement a nationwide business development strategy for HF Foods' edible oil production sector.
• Identify, pursue, and secure fresh business opportunities among distributors, retailers, restaurant chains, manufacturers, and strategic accounts.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, which includes prospecting, presentations, pricing negotiations, contract execution, and account management.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, logistics, customer service, finance, and marketing teams.
• Create annual sales forecasts, pipelines, and strategic account plans.
• Keep track of commodity markets, competitive activities, and industry trends.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.
• Develop sales materials, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives in partnership with marketing.
• Provide reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
• Assist with private label, contract manufacturing, and exclusive brand opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% across North America to engage with customers and cultivate new business.
• 5–10 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in foodservice, food manufacturing, or retail.
• Established relationships with food distributors, restaurant chains, buying groups, or national accounts are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of generating new business and consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent analytical and business planning capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-focused, with the capability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.
• Ability to operate in office and warehouse environments and use required PPE when necessary.
