This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales growth in both existing and new accounts by recognizing customer needs and actively contributing to the development of client plans.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase products by mastering the sales process and targeting market and niche opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships by offering support, information, and expert guidance.
• Investigate and suggest new opportunities along with improvements in profit and service.
• Act as a subject matter expert in addressing complex problems and challenges.
• Analyze financial trends and fluctuations with assigned clients, effectively communicating issues and their resolutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account development within the Multifamily and Single-Family sectors.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, negotiation skills, and managing a sales pipeline using SalesForce.
• Proven history of achieving sales quota performance.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions.
• Experience with large Property Management Companies managing 8,000+ units in the Multifamily Housing sector.
