This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Manage the sales pipeline for merchants and PSPs throughout the APAC region.
• Develop and sustain a high-caliber pipeline consisting of over 20 target accounts.
• Oversee commercial negotiations and establish partnerships.
• Create strategic account plans for key targets; collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.
• Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales or business development within the payments sector.
• Proven history of successfully closing intricate, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements.
• Extensive understanding of the payments landscape in the APAC region.
• Established network within the merchant payments or PSP sectors across APAC.
• Strong knowledge of crypto payments, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Comfortable working across jurisdictions with varying regulatory environments.
• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, stablecoin issuer, or crypto infrastructure organization is preferred.
• Existing connections with payment platforms operating in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, or Japan are preferred.
• Familiarity with API-driven commercial partnerships is preferred.
• Experience with the implications of Travel Rule compliance for payments businesses in APAC is preferred.
