This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee accounts within the designated sales territory.
• Meet or exceed annual sales objectives.
• Daily update Salesforce with activities related to current and prospective clients, while setting up individual project opportunities.
• Generate monthly reports from Salesforce that outline activities with current and potential customers.
• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Develop an annual Sales Plan.
• Engage in tradeshows, exhibitions, clinical seminars, and professional organizations.
• Coordinate and take part in visits for customers and potential customers.
• Maintain a satisfactory level of knowledge regarding PCI’s service offerings, industry technologies and trends, as well as customer and competitor capabilities.
• Manage personal expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
• Assist Operations and Project Management in understanding customer needs and requirements to assess the feasibility of executing projects.
• Support Operations and Project Management in grasping project specifications to ensure accurate and timely quotations are prepared.
• Negotiate quotations, Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Identify “cross sell” opportunities and direct leads to the appropriate sales counterpart for follow-up.
• Provide necessary documentation to internal teams for quote preparation, credit evaluations, safety hazard assessments, etc.
• Lead and prepare client Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), involving internal team members as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and/or 3-10 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Proficient mathematical skills at the college level.
• Intermediate computer skills: Capable of performing more complex computer tasks and familiar with various software programs.
• Full professional proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately at all levels necessary for professional needs.
• Strong reasoning skills: Ability to solve practical problems and manage various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Competence in interpreting a variety of instructions that may be presented in different formats.
• Capability to effectively present information to diverse audiences as required by the job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
