• A bachelor's degree in a life science or business field is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the industry.
• Proven skills in client retention.
• Ability to handle challenging client and/or financial situations.
• Strong working relationships with internal Fortrea management and site leadership.
• Capability to distinguish Fortrea from its competitors.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans.
• Ability to manage and motivate client-facing teams.
• Negotiation skills: direct, face-to-face negotiation experience with major clients.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding and presenting to executives and senior levels within client organizations.
• Extensive experience in global collaboration.
• Highly consultative approach.

• Demonstrated ability to acquire, develop, and retain clients.
• Knowledge of the drug development process.

• Flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones outside of core working hours.
• Occasionally required to work extended hours to meet client deliverable timelines or attend client meetings.
