This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand a designated territory of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and foodservice establishments.
• Develop robust relationships with the proprietors and managers of cafés, takeaways, delis, and QSR locations.
• Identify and onboard new outlets to enhance product distribution.
• Enhance product availability and visibility within these outlets.
• Assist in the installation and optimization of chilled equipment.
• Execute retailer reward programs and promotional initiatives.
• Facilitate the launch and trial of new products in QSR outlets.
• Utilize digital tools and data analysis to evaluate performance and boost sales rates.
• Carry out activities in accordance with brand standards and commercial goals.
• Consistently achieve or surpass established KPIs and sales objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a field sales or business development position (FMCG, QSR, or foodservice preferred).
• Strong skills in negotiation and influence.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in territory planning.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in the field.
• Confidence in managing your own territory and workload efficiently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TfL services.
