This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve annual sales objectives and targets for designated accounts through proactive sales activities and networking.
• Take part in the development of proposal scopes as needed.
• Build, maintain, and expand client relationships at appropriate levels.
• Create account plans and strategies to secure business within assigned accounts alongside Labcorp team members.
• Promote the business unit’s capabilities and differentiation frameworks.
• Identify and communicate sales opportunities for other business units.
• Establish and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with company-wide resources to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Assess quotations for the territory and provide insights to fulfill client and company requirements.
• Utilize SFDC to manage internal communications and document territory and client information.
• Oversee opportunities and maintain precise pipeline forecasts.
• Lead client presentations.
• Forge partnerships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Operate independently while managing priorities with colleagues and clients.
• Travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
• A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of the industry.
• Proven client retention abilities.
• Capability to manage challenging client and/or financial situations.
• Ability to lead and motivate client-facing teams.
• Direct face-to-face negotiation experience with major clients.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Comprehensive understanding of the drug development continuum.
• Excellent team player skills with the ability to work closely with colleagues.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and capacity to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience presenting to executives and/or senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time.
