This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform outbound calls and email outreach to optical centers, optometry practices, audiology centers, and potential partners.
• Research and pinpoint partnership opportunities within Arizona and throughout the U.S.
• Engage with business owners and key decision-makers, presenting partnership possibilities to spark interest.
• Qualify potential partners and arrange meetings to discuss collaborations.
• Keep track of outbound activities and follow up with prospects.
• Monitor leads, outreach efforts, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
• Create a structured and repeatable outreach process.
• Suggest CRM, lead-generation, or outreach tools.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
• Oversee and enhance the company’s presence on Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Develop and schedule basic social media content, including Reels and short-form videos.
• Assist with updates and improvements to the Shopify website.
• Contribute to marketing, branding, and digital presence initiatives.
• Aid in medical billing and insurance verification tasks.
• Utilize Availity for billing and insurance-related procedures.
• Support billing activities related to hearing aid fitting processes.
• Maintain precise billing and administrative records.
• Provide healthcare administrative support as necessary.
• Deliver executive and administrative assistance, including managing calendars and spreadsheets, data entry, research, record organization, task follow-ups, process enhancements, marketing support, and ad hoc projects.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, and/or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated experience with cold calling and email outreach.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Experience in managing Facebook/social media and basic content creation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• Self-driven, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
• Resourceful and comfortable suggesting improved tools or processes.
• Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Must communicate in English clearly and professionally.
• Required to have relevant work experience.
• Must provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding.
• Expected to attend video meetings with the camera on when necessary.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is essential.
• Stable high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required.
• Noise-canceling headset is necessary.
• Working webcam is required.
• A quiet and professional work environment is essential.
• Experience with Availity, medical billing, or insurance verification is preferred.
• Healthcare administrative experience, particularly in optometry, audiology, or hearing care, is preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Copper, Grasshopper, or other CRM/VoIP platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, Reels, short-form content, website management, or digital branding is preferred.
