• Engage with potential clients to uncover challenges and issues affecting Enterprise executives.
• Inform prospects about the solutions provided by Hanover’s distinctive products and services.
• Present polished presentations via phone and in-person that advance opportunities from initial contact to closing.
• Oversee a substantial pipeline of prospects.
• Provide accurate forecasts based on realistic evaluations of opportunities.
• Achieve demanding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Serve as a mentor to junior associates.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred (fields such as business, social sciences, education, communications, political science, economics, psychology, or public policy are favored).
• 5-8+ years of experience in consultative sales.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Well-honed skill in asking probing questions and aligning solutions with prospects’ challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy pipeline and meeting schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission earning potential exceeding $235K+.
