• Assess incoming leads to identify compatibility and advance suitable candidates in the sales journey.
• Initiate outbound engagement via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark new discussions.
• Reconnect with prior leads who expressed interest but have not yet scheduled or progressed in the process.
• Consistently follow up with both inbound and outbound prospects to facilitate the scheduling of discovery calls.
• Keep CRM records current to guarantee that lead details, activities, and follow-ups are precise.
• Assist the sales team by organizing pipeline activities and ensuring prompt communication with potential clients.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, SDR/BDR, or related positions.
• Proven experience in qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound outreach.
• Proficiency in using phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn for contacting and following up with prospects.
• Advanced English language skills, particularly for client and prospect interactions.
• Previous experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems for managing and updating lead information.
• Excellent organizational skills, a strong follow-up discipline, and a readiness to learn and adapt within a sales framework.
