• Actively initiate phone conversations with entrepreneurs and engage them in significant discussions regarding business expansion and preparing their companies for sale.
• Attract entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to enhance our sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to strategically explore further international growth opportunities.
• Assist entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide support during the final stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
• Dedicate yourself to ongoing improvement, personal growth, and accurately managing conversations.
• Motivated by conversations and experienced in prospecting and phone outreach.
• Exceptional communication abilities and capable of engaging in meaningful dialogues with entrepreneurs.
• Proficient in the relevant market language and possesses a robust professional background in the region.
• Available to work 3-5 days per week.
• Proactive self-starter with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
