This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Recruit, assess, and onboard independent agents and agencies.

• Interpret and implement commission structures.

• Assess agent performance and decide on continued participation.

• Act as a subject matter expert on products and regulatory standards.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate agent-related issues.

• Identify trends in agent activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
