Senior Business Consultant – Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execution of diagnostics based on data analyses, KPIs, etc., for various business areas across different industry segments;

• Development of presentations (managerial and executive) showcasing the results of the process diagnostics conducted and constructing the presentation;

• Definition and valuation of process improvement initiatives, designing an implementation plan, and monitoring the results achieved;

• Conducting interviews and leading workshops with stakeholders to map processes, identify deviations/bottlenecks, and root causes;

• Supporting project scope control and managing the escalation process to ensure adherence to timeline and scope;

• Collaborating effectively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills;

• Serving as the project reference, proposing solutions, and proactively addressing project demands;

• Engaging with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs, capable of defining/executing stakeholder engagement strategies and developing/applying action plans for stakeholder management;

• Assisting other consultants with project-related demands;

• Analyzing documents, databases/reports, and constructing analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields;

• Strong data analysis skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making capabilities;

• Strategic vision and ability to align improvement initiatives with the company's business objectives;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Maturity to lead workshop dynamics with stakeholders and managerial positions;

• Ability to interact with executive levels, prepare, and conduct executive presentations;

• Proficiency in the MsOffice suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• Previous experience in business consulting;

• Experience in projects focused on process optimization and operational excellence;

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt), or process management;

• Residency in SP or RJ is required.
