Senior Business Analyst – System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collecting requirements and designing workflows on our internal banking platform (built on IBM FileNet).

• Participating in a self-organizing team that adheres to Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess business requirements.

• Jointly creating business documentation.

• Designing functionalities utilizing available tools.

• Compiling functional documentation.

• Decomposing features into manageable tasks.

• Executing assigned tasks within the platform.

• Conducting functional testing and assisting with user acceptance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a System Analyst.

• Strong analytical abilities and a knack for resolving complex process-related challenges.

• Capability to convert business needs into system solutions using available tools.

• Proficiency in creating and interpreting UML and BPMN diagrams.

• Familiarity with essential technologies: SQL, REST API.

• Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and object-oriented design principles.

• Experience with at least one workflow/low-code platform: Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega.
