Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Salesforce subject-matter expert for the Scores Product Owner.

• Evaluate and enhance user stories created by the Scores Product Owner.

• Spearhead the analysis and solution development for migrating the Scores go-to-market strategy.

• Take ownership of the target-state solution design.

• Recognize, assess, and create AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.

• Direct the testing strategy throughout various releases.

• Offer continuous production support for inquiries and issues related to the Salesforce system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Salesforce business analysis, consulting, and administration.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and convert business requirements into well-structured Salesforce solution designs.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT in a professional environment.

• Strong testing methodology, including the creation of test plans and scripts.

• Direct experience in the credit scoring or credit bureau sector is highly advantageous.

• Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
