Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to provide analytics that inform Reddit’s revenue strategy.

• Establish AI-ready data foundations: Create and oversee the semantic models and contextual business logic necessary to support both traditional dashboards and innovative AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality and reliable outputs across all consumption layers.

• Convert insights into actionable strategies, assisting business partners in navigating complex data findings to uncover growth opportunities and enhance performance.

• Promote operational excellence by ensuring timely delivery of insights, automating recurring reports, and continuously improving data models.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Over 3 years of experience creating dashboards in Looker or similar platforms.

• Experience in large-scale data processing and analysis; familiarity with BigQuery is a plus.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-assisted coding and development tools to expedite analysis and streamline data workflows.

• Strategic and analytical mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and convert data into insights and actions that yield measurable business results.

• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Results-Driven Attitude: Proactive, ambitious, pragmatic, and committed to achieving results with urgency.

• Experience in the online marketing and advertising sector is desirable.
