Senior Business Analyst – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic business initiatives by assessing intricate business processes, gathering requirements, and converting them into actionable solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive change, enhance processes, and ensure that business solutions align with operational and strategic objectives.

• Analyze data to align the product roadmap with strategic goals.

• Serve as an ambassador for the product both internally and externally.

• Partner with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure clarity in requirements and uphold technical excellence.

• Create scope documents and outline Epics/User Stories for the CLS Software Development teams.

• Evaluate value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes.

• Establish priorities for short-term delivery within sprints.

• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and the expectations of stakeholders.

• Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

• Ensure effective coordination and establish feedback loops among teams, stakeholders, and customers.

• Conduct refinement sessions with development teams to clarify delivery objectives.

• Present iteration deliverables to stakeholders and gather feedback during review or demo sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in BA/Product-related roles.

• Proficient in BPM.

• Experience within the Betting Industry.

• Strong understanding of overall system architectural design and system dependencies across different services/modules.

• Ability to distinguish between front-end and back-end functionalities.

• Clear understanding of system integration via APIs — capable of drafting a sequence diagram that outlines the end-to-end process and performing data mapping.

• Experience in managing multiple varied large-scale projects and delivering diverse software applications.

• Proven practical experience in establishing and adhering to the change management process.

• Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Preferred skills: Experience in web and mobile applications.

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
