Senior Business Analyst – ONESOURCEBR, ECF/REINF, IRPJ/CSLL and REIN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, assess, and document functional requirements.

• Convert business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with teams on the refinement and validation of deliverables.

• Analyze tax processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Assist Product Managers and Product Owners with backlog and roadmap oversight.

• Promote alignment between business, tax, and technology teams.

• Ensure that solutions are functionally and regulatory compliant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

• Understanding of tax solutions and tax calculation methodologies.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and requirements management.

• Strong analytical capabilities, systems thinking, and communication skills.

• Experience with functional documentation, prototyping, and business process mapping.

• Familiarity with Mastersaf DW, TAX ONE, and Thomson Reuters products.

• Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM, DOORS, or similar platforms.

• Awareness of Tax Reform (CBS, IBS, and IS).
