This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to pinpoint their business challenges and devise suitable analytical solutions.
• Plan and design straightforward to moderately complex business processes and system modifications.
• Offer recommendations to enhance and support business operations.
• Collect business requirements using various methods such as workshops and interviews, then analyze and document intricate client business requirements and processes; convey these requirements to relevant parties.
• Develop intricate test case scenarios for testing purposes; oversee the testing of business applications to ensure that all client requirements are reflected in the system design.
• Create business requirements documents and user stories to facilitate the necessary modifications.
• May organize, allocate, and supervise the work of other business analysts.
• Comprehend simple to complex systems and associated data to uncover actionable insights, showing sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Assist in estimating time for project-related tasks.
• Help in revising process and procedural documentation.
• Acquire a basic understanding of the technical development cycle for mobile applications or web portals.
• Support the QA, UAT, and Release phases of the project through defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the health insurance sector is necessary.
• Experience in insurtech is preferred.
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with business analysis concepts including requirement definition, translation into technical solutions, and an Agile approach to work prioritization in epics and sprints.
• Proficient business analysis skills such as facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within set timeframes.
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is essential.
• Basic knowledge of generating process documentation, documenting system functionality, data integration, and workflow.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical writing skills are a plus.
