Senior Business Analyst, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Business Analyst on intricate, multi-country Veeva CRM projects throughout Europe.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across various European markets to comprehend their objectives, challenges, and operational processes.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and convert business needs into functional requirements and user stories.

• Design future-state business processes and suggest Veeva CRM best practices.

• Work alongside Solution Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to implement scalable solutions.

• Generate and verify business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and project documentation.

• Assist in solution design encompassing Veeva CRM capabilities such as Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsights, Sampling, Medical CRM, and Align.

• Evaluate business data, KPIs, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities for process improvement.

• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes test scripts, coordination, defect management, and securing business sign-offs.

• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers to manage scope, prioritize requirements, address issues, and ensure successful delivery.

• Assist in data migration validation, integration testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Foster client stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted senior advisor throughout the implementation process.

• Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the European CRM practice.

• Contribute to business development in Europe, providing scoping support and input for proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementations.

• More than 7 years of practical experience with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of European pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations across various EU markets.

• Experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules: Core CRM, CLM, Approved Email, MyInsights, Engage, Events Management, Align, and Medical CRM.

• Demonstrated success as the senior or lead Business Analyst on complex, multi-country CRM projects.

• Experience leading workshops, documenting requirements, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders across diverse European markets and languages.

• Strong familiarity with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases across multiple concurrent projects.

• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks relevant to CRM data and HCP engagement, including GDPR, EFPIA Code, and country-specific pharma codes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent European projects in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Veeva CRM Administrator Certification is preferred.

• Experience with Vault CRM migration projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with Veeva Network, OpenData, Nitro, PromoMats, or Vault Platform is preferred.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato is preferred.

• Understanding of GxP validation and Computer System Validation (CSV) is preferred.

• ITIL or managed services experience is preferred.

• Fluency in a second European language in addition to English is preferred.
