Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to gain insight into their business requirements and objectives.

• Create and implement business architectures that align with the strategic goals of clients.

• Discover opportunities to utilize data and AI to enhance business processes and results.

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure the effective execution of solutions.

• Perform gap analysis and suggest enhancements to current business processes, including data governance.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to synchronize stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between business strategy and technical implementation, converting complex challenges into scalable data solutions.

• Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that enhance our delivery capabilities.

• Identify new opportunities to help strengthen client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis or product development, preferably in Data and Analytics.

• Proficient in SQL for intricate data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Familiar with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

• Knowledge of APIs.

• Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies.

• Experience in direct client interactions in a consulting or professional services setting.

• Capable of facilitating workshops, resolving conflicts, and fostering consensus.

• Experience in converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven decision-maker who assesses business value and ROI.

• Analytical thinker adept at deconstructing complex issues into actionable solutions.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

• Databricks certification (e.g., Data Analyst Associate).
