This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify business needs, gather requirements, and outline solution strategies.
• Document and confirm both business and functional requirements.
• Organize workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Develop and enhance workflows, processes, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback from various sources to uncover root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess solutions, create implementation plans, and assist in coordinating deployments with vendors, clients, and internal teams (sales, customer service, marketing, etc.) as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and project teams, as well as between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
• Confirm that solutions meet business requirements and provide measurable value.
• Possess an analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Have exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in French is considered a plus.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with enterprise customer engagement and service platforms, such as CRM and ticketing/case-management systems.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Business analysis certifications (CBAP and/or PMI-PBA) are advantageous.
