Associate Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the intake triage of third-party vendor requests and direct cases in accordance with established SSA workflows.

• Aid in the initial security review processes for vendors, which includes gathering documentation and conducting preliminary analysis.

• Maintain and enhance vendor metadata across various platforms such as Grip Security, Airtable, OneTrust, ZipHQ, and the Customer Software List.

• Ensure precise data entry, tagging, and quality assurance within SSA tracking tools.

• Support automation initiatives in Jira, Airtable, and Goose under the direction of senior staff.

• Monitor SLAs, update review logs, and sustain operational dashboards.

• Document review results and maintain process guidance documents.

• Engage in team training, cross-functional onboarding sessions, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Offer surge support during peak periods or in the absence of senior personnel.

• Basic understanding of third-party risk, SaaS applications, or security review methodologies.

• Familiarity with common business and security tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, G Suite, Slack).

• Strong attention to detail along with the capability to adhere to structured workflows.

• Exceptional written communication and documentation abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn about automation technologies and AI-driven review processes.
