ERP Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment and enhancement of enterprise systems.

• Act as a crucial conduit between business units and IT departments.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Emphasize project and product cost management within a complex capital equipment setting.

• Comprehend "As-Is" workflows and design "To-Be" processes.

• Facilitate sessions to delineate business functional requirements and project scope.

• Support the entire lifecycle of ERP, which includes functional system configuration, data migration, and system integration.

• Identify gaps between business needs and system functionalities.

• Create ERP-related business process flows and testing scripts.

• Provide training for end-users and generate documentation to ensure high adoption rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other technical disciplines such as Engineering.

• Over 10 years of combined experience in business and/or IT roles, encompassing business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design (Microsoft Dynamics is preferred; SAP or other ERP systems are acceptable).

• Prior experience in implementing ERP systems within a capital equipment manufacturing context.

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations.

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Lean methodologies.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification for ongoing process improvement.
