This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Serve as a specialist in our fan data, assisting in identifying and addressing data deficiencies by leveraging both internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop and sustain real-time analytics reports and dashboards to offer insights into campaign performance for stakeholders.
• Perform comprehensive marketing analysis to identify new business opportunities; present findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Aid the Fan-Based Marketing team in resolving data-related challenges and product development initiatives.
• Model and quantify audiences pertinent to achieving campaign goals.
• Work alongside division Business Analysts, Data Services, and other functional teams as necessary to grasp the implications of analyses across various business domains.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related area.
• Proficient in SQL, including the use of joins, aggregation, and nested queries.
• Strong foundation in statistics, with hands-on experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization and effectively presenting analysis and findings.
• Outstanding quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to extract insights and recommendations from analysis and convey proposals to internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including the use of lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proactive and intellectually inquisitive.
• Proven ability to acquire new skills and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to share findings with a diverse audience.
